Accounting System for Jewelry Casting Services
The Accounting System includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase Order and General Ledger modules.
Item prices are updated and billed based on daily Precious Metal market prices. Extensive list of Precious Metal types are supported. Billing can be done in Grams or Pennyweights. Pricing can be tailored on an individual customer bases using Percent (%) or Dollar (or both) surcharges. Customer’s own precious metal may be utilized and the system will maintain the precious metal balance for the customer. Extensive reporting of billing transactions, customer balances
and item inventory are produced.

Production Entry Trial Download 
A trial vesion of Production Entry is available for download and use. The functionality of the application is limited. During setup sample images will be downloaded and saved to the user’s harddrive in a folder named “ProductionEntry”.
Data entry is saved on SoftLink’s hosted ‘MySql Server’ and will be available for public view to other users who are interested to test drive the application. However, images are saved to the ProductionEntry folder on the user’s harddrive.

GemStone Management
The GemStone Management is in the final phases of development. This application features Inventory Management, Sales and Receivables, Purchases and Payables for Diamonds, Precious/Semi-Precious Stones and Pearls. An extensive list of characteristics and parameters
may be entered for the Inventory of the Gem Stones. A trial version will be available for download shortly to demo the application.
